Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The app and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to FollowUp Leads) are owned by Sunbow Technologies.

• Limited License: Subject to these Terms, Sunbow Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for your internal business purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Services: Our app offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your account, including applicable taxes.

• Billing: Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of the subscription period and at regular intervals thereafter, depending on the plan you select. All fees and charges are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms

• Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services. Any changes to the subscription fees will take effect following notice to you.

• Automated Systems: Using automated systems, such as bots or scripts, to send requests or messages through the App in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

• Fraudulent Use: Using the App for fraudulent purposes, including the impersonation of others or unauthorized access to accounts and data.

• Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or other communications that violate applicable laws and regulations.
